Vonage's VoIP phone, the UTStarcom PF1000, is expected to speed VoIP adoption.
Vonage recently announced it was mimicking the approach of cellular operators and would sell special phones for accessing its VoIP services via wireless LANs. Those phones, developed by UTStarcom for Vonage, are expected to become available in the spring of this year.I think it will be the combo cellular/wifi phones that speed adoption more than these cordless WIFI only phones.
